𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐣𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲? I would argue that the answer isn't the day they walk out the door. 𝐑𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧.
