Meet Marcela Moralez-Morris, MPA, MA
For more than 29 years, I have worked alongside youth, families, courts, community partners, and state agencies to improve juvenile justice systems and strengthen opportunities for young people.
My experience includes direct service, supervision, administration, training, policy development, and statewide systems improvement. Throughout my career, I have focused on bringing people together, building collaborative solutions, and helping organizations move from ideas to implementation.
I believe sustainable change happens when we combine lived experience, frontline knowledge, administrative leadership, community collaboration and evidence-informed practice.
Nearly 29 years of juvenile justice experience spanning direct service, probation, leadership, policy development, and system reform. Former youth specialist, juvenile probation officer, supervisor, juvenile services manager, and statewide juvenile justice policy analyst.
Experienced trainer, facilitator, and presenter for juvenile justice professionals, courts, community organizations, and statewide stakeholders.
